                     of the TENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY of the
                         COMMONWEALTH of PENNSYLVANIA.
                          (Continued from our last.)
      THURSDAY, March 30, 1786. P.M.
      Adjourned until half past nine o'clock to-morrow, A. M.
                        SATURDAY, April 1, 1786. A. M.
      The House met pursuant to adjournment.
      A petition from William Allison, Robert McKnight, Samuel Young and
      Lambert Wilmore, was read, setting forth, that in the year 1783
      they furnished the three regiments of continental troops stationed
      near this city, under the command of General Howe, with cloathing
      and other necessaries, for the amount of which they have received
      notes from the Treasury-Office of the United States; that they,
      being citizens of this state, applied to the Comptroller-General
      for payment of the interest due on those certificates, who
      informed them they were not entituled thereto under the late act,
      passed the 16th day of March, 1785; therefore praying that their
      debt may be funded, as that of other citizens of this state has
      been.
      Ordered to lie on the table.
      On motion, Ordered, That the order of the day, for resuming the
