upland.

of Philadelphia
Recital: Jonathan Roberts by his will dated 1782 June 1 bequeathed to
daughter Ruth 300 acres, commonly called Boyer's land, on Salem Creek in
Mannington Twp, Salem Co, NJ. Also, he devised to other 2 daughters,
Margaret and Rebecca, the remainder of said tract, to be divided between
them and to descend to male heirs of their body.
n. 1796 Mar 02 Rebecca, now wife of Silas Pedrick, made Application for
Division in the Orphans Court. Now they are selling for L124 the portion
as divised to her by her father's will. -
I didn't take it all, but it looked to be almost the same, if not
identical to the previous description entered - 20070714 VNC.
