Second, Enos Veal ended up in Wayne Co, IN. I believe this was after a
stop in our favorite county in Ohio, Clermont Co. Benjamin Parson's
granddaughter (a "half-niece" to Enos Veal, Sr.), Phebe Parsons married a
Hann and moved to Clermont Co, OH, according to Leslie. Joseph Doughty,
son of Thomas, and his wife Prudence Lore also moved to OH. Joseph would
be a first cousin to Phebe Parsons Hann and a "half-nephew" to Enos Veal,
Sr. Thomas Doughty's daughter Ruth (Joseph's sister) and her husband
John Eggman also moved to Clermont Co, OH, so they joined all her cousins

There is another Veal in Richland Twp., Miami that I cannot place. It is
Richard Veal who is found 7 doors from Elias Vanaman and next to
Andrew Hann in
1840. In 1850 and 1860 he is found in Washington Twp., Miami Co., Indiana,
farmer on his own land.
In 1850 he is listed as over 20 who cannot read and
write. [I am under the impression that most of the Veals could do so.]
He was born in New Jersey. The ages from one census to the next are off:
