      Mary Clarkson the wife of John Clarkson for her sole and separate use and
      for and during her natural live an annuity of thirty dollars payable unto
      the said Mary Clarkson half yearly, and I do hereby charge the said
      annuity upon my personal estate and in default thereof the same to be
      charged on my real estate above devised.  And I do hereby revode and make
      null and void all the will or wills which I may at any time heretofore
      have made - Samuel Young, Senior - Signed, Published and declared to be
      the last will and testament of the said Samuel Young, harbour Master in
      the presence of us, whose names are hereunto signed in Philadelphia the
      twentieth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
      hundred and eleven.
